The type of personal information we collect

We currently collect and process the following information:

In addition to this, we process employee data, website user information and financial records relating to the payment of services.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored through a protected email and storage facility held by the websites lead, www.Ionos.co.uk

We keep information for no longer than needed or required. We will then dispose your information by deleting all information. Any sensitive information collated will be deleted under the data retention policy.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
